The high spec apartments include glass balustrades, bespoke kitchens with Silestone quartz worktops, integrated Siemens stainless steel appliances, Laufen bathrooms and en-suites, and Porcelanosa tiling.
The seven-storey building will replace a disused church-turned-restaurant at Kent Road.
