Refurbishment and external fabric repairs to this listed building, which remained occupied throughout the works. We provided assistance with Historic Scotland grant applications throughout the project. The works included extensive repair of the existing fabric, rot repairs, renewal of roof coverings, repairs to stonework and windows as well as upgrading the entrance to be DDA compliant and the upgrade of the internal foyer and toilets.
