Allan & Hanel provided Employers Agent, Quantity Surveying and CDM-Co-ordinator Services on the construction of 11,000m2 bespoke two storey state of the art contact centre that included games rooms, canteen and chill out areas. The project also included extensive car parking with controlled access and considered bus drop off and turning requirements as well as service yard access. Part of the Works involved working next to the main Edinburgh to Glasgow railway line to realign an existing busy road and create a new roundabout.

We were involved at a very early stage from the soil remediation works, extensive cut and fill works, construction of a diaphragm wall to prevent any leeching into the natural watercourse, retaining walls, piling works and in the provision of SUDS ponds and swales for water attenuation.
