Campbeltown Dental Health centre


Primary Healthcare

Construction of new build dental health centre in the grounds of the existing Campbeltown Hospital. This is the first project completed under the Health Facilities Scotland Framework arrangements, and was completed on programme and under budget. The Works included 4 dental suites, 4 outreach training dental suites, 2 local decontamination units, office/admin areas, external works and services. The building also utilises roof mounted photovoltaics as a renewable energy source.

The works were procured under the NHS Framework and used NEC3 option C contract. Allan & Hanel were involved with the client as Cost Advisor and worked in close collaboration with the Principal Contractor, Design Team and Client to achieve a successful outcome for NHS Highland, Argyll & Bute CHP, the end users and the local community.
